Gerard Riemen graduated in Social Security Sciences in 1988 and in Economics in 1989 at Tilburg University. He spent 17 years at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment in different functions.
In 2008 he joined the Association of Industry-wide Pension Funds (VB). As of 15 November 2010 he is the Managing Director of the Federation of the Dutch Pension Funds, now the representative organization of all associated pension funds in the Netherlands.

Krogh Jensen
Thomas is an expert in fintech and pensions. As the current CEO of Copenhagen FinTech, he steers an organisation that wants to make Copenhagen a global fintech hub and fuels the growth of Danish fintech.
Before taking this position, he was business development and digitisation head at Nordea Liv & Pension, director of Aon Denmark, market director at Aon Hewitt, and held many function at Danica Pension, including regional director and senior consultant of international sales.

Bouma
Janwillem is a finance expert who has had a wide-ranging career, covering contracting, controlling, IT and finance management, corporate finance, and treasury.
He has spent much of his career working for Shell, where he has acted in a variety of capacities across finance and business, including international assignments in West Africa. Since 2010, he is the managing director of Shell Pension Funds NL.

Breen
Jeroen is an actuary who has extensive experience as a managing director, occupying the position at the risk consultancy firm Towers Watson, the Royal Dutch Actuarial Association & Actuarial Institute, and the European Actuarial Academy, which he holds presently. He is an expert in insurance and also specialises in risk management, embedded value, defined benefit, enterprise risk management, and financial risk.

Kuiper
Sijbren is a lawyer specializing in financial remuneration policy, financial employment law, and pension law. He advises both Dutch and foreign companies on pensions and related issues and has authored a book titled “Nederland Pensioenland” (The Netherlands Pension Sector).

de Ridder
Willem Peter is a futurologist, author, speaker, and strategy consultant who holds a doctorate in operational risk management. Presently, he is the founder and director of Futures Studies, which helps organizations explore, formulate, and create strategies for their futures. Previously, he has fulfilled management and director positions at BP and Aegon, and has worked in Poland, Ireland, the U.K., Germany, and South Korea.

van de Kieft
René currently acts as CEO of MN, a leading organisation specialising pension administration and investment management services, and is a financial executive that has broad experience in auditing, financial management, and management accounting. He has previously worked for the Dutch Chamber of Commerce as CFO, a position which he also held at PGGM and Q-Park.

Cramwinckel
Joris Cramwinckel is a Technologist at Ortec Finance Tech Labs and PhD candidate at the University of Amsterdam researching blockchain applications in finance, and pensions in particular. With a background in High Performance Computing, Joris has been working on the edge of computer science and finance for over five years and has dedicated his research to blockchain applications since 2016.

Martens
Jasper started his career working for various startups in Amsterdam through his own online marketing agency. In 2009, he moved to London to join online insurance provider Simply Business as Head of Marketing and Communications.
In the dusty old pension world, Jasper currently brings pensions back in people’s mind with PensionBee, UK’s first online pension manager. Leading up product and marketing, he brings 14 years of experience to the fintech startup.

Fibaek-Jensen
Niels Fibaek-Jensen is CEO & Co-Founder of Penstable, a Danish fintech-startup specialized in sustainability in the pension space.
Prior to founding Penstable, he worked for the Danish UN Mission in New York, and with the UN in Denmark. He holds a Ms.c. in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School.

Keijmel
Sasja is an experienced consultant and certifying actuary, working at Mercer B.V. for nearly 18 years, where he currently acts as an Account Executive Pension Funds. Sasja has 6 years of previous experience as an actuarial consultant at Hewitt Associates and holds Master degrees from the University of Amsterdam and Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Koeleman
Wim is a consultant specialized in pensions, pension funds, and insurance companies. He currently acts as a partner within PwC, where he spent much of his career, and is responsible for the Pension Advice practice and provides support in the areas of strategy, governance, execution, pension-related issues, organization, investments and outsourcing.

As innovation manager at PGGM, Marjolijn works with corporates and start-ups on innovation, dealing with critical topics such as artificial intelligence, data, and blockchain. She’s been working at PGGM since 2011, where she began as a trainee. In 2016, she received a MSc in Management from Nyenrode University.

Rhett founded Kahuna Managing Security in 1998, which helps companies combat cybercrime. He has always had a talent for locating new technologies and future market developments, and his expertise has been frequently sought by media. He is also a co-founder of EOS Amsterdam, an organisation that develops the EOSIO Blockchain. Rhett has received the prestigious Deloitte Fast 50 Sustainable Growth award.

Karsten has been a member of The Hague Municipal Council for the CDA since March 2006. In September 2008 he was named CDA party leader in the council. During his council period, he served in the accounting committee as well as the Security, Administration and Finance committee. He also had several portfolios in the area of Urban Development. In 2009 he was named Young Council Member of the Year by the Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG).
He is also a member of the general committee of the City Region of Haaglanden (Stadsgewest Haaglanden).
